Most vibration training devices are aimed at
the sports and fitness sector and were developed from the findings
of Dr Nazarov who worked on the Russian Space program.
However, Zhendong
was conceived and developed at about the same time (early 80's)
by Dr. C Y Chen, a renowned QiGong Master, who pioneered the technical
development of this system in conjunction with Chinese scientists
and their learned experiences in practical sciences. When we went
to our training in China, we were presented with a stunning portfolio
of actual case testimonials. Toothaches, backaches, arthritis, rheumatism,
diabetes, blood pressure, circulation disturbances and other illnesses
(especially some that are considered to be untreatable) had been
very successfully treated by Dr. Chen and his team. He, however,
stresses the point that the Zhendong is literally only 'wellness'
equipment.
Approximately 14 years ago the first Zhendong equipment came to
market. In China, the people have to pay for their Health System
out of their own pocket simply because to be ill would be more expensive.
It's very clear that we will soon have a very similar situation
here in the western world.
It therefore makes a lot of sense if you take 10-15 minutes daily
to prevent any illnesses, basically look after your health and that
of the whole family.
Zhendong cannot be described. Zhendong has to be felt, to be experienced
and to be seen. Over the last 3 years we have seen the cases of
hundreds of people who tried the Zhendong and they all were beaming
with pleasure after use.
A more in depth assessment:
What happens
if micro-circulation within the body isn't’t functioning properly?
An interrupted blood flow to the corpuscles can result in various
different health problems. It can, for example, influence the blood
circulation inside your brain. It can result in less functioning
of your memory or concentration. It can also bring on dizziness,
tinitis or various other symptoms. All these can be a result of
interrupted micro-circulation.
A blood circulation disruption in the micro vessels can ultimately
influence the whole body, therefore it is very important to prevent
this very early on and to bring your micro-circulation back into
swing. The micro-circulation can be improved though trying to avoid
stress, reducing or stopping smoking, drinking at least 2 litres
of water per day, taking plenty of exercise, hot and cold showers,
saunas, massaging with harsh brushes, eating a healthy diet and
Zhendong use.
Pursuant to extensive studies carried out at the University or
Erlangen in Germany, the results of the vibration massage lie in
the stimulation of the body-owned rhythms and the reinstating of
the full functionality of the body's connective tissue. The studies
orientated themselves mainly towards the so-far neglected cell structure
of the organism. The vibration massage results in the improved blood
circulation of the stimulated tissue.
Examinations showed that with the use, for example in the underarm
to hand area, the blood pump function is increased by 10% and, with
an additional dynamic use, by 30%. With the use of a certain frequency,
the vibration massage will support and improve your lymphatic system.
Dr Chen and his team publish a comprehensive treatment manual which
is supplied to all customers who order systems from us. The program
includes many conditions that cannot be treated by usual therapies,
but where centripetal vibration massage has had successful results.
According to overall agreement and estimation of experts, the circulation
of blood vessels plays a central part of the functioning of organs
and of the immune system. Later scientific knowledge of the science
of blood vessels shows that with the help of Zhendong Bio mechanical
Stimulation (BMS), blood circulation, especially within the body's
capillary structure, will be improved.
European women at the beginning of the last century had an average
life expectancy of approximately 50 years. It has, according to
statistics, increased today by about 35 years and, for men, by about
31 years. It is to be expected, at least for nations in the industrialised
west, that life expectancies will be extended further as we move
into the future. Our aim therefore, has to be the conservation of
our capabilities of our organ system and, in combination with this,
the protection and conservation of our quality of life.
In order to push the vitality curve upwards, there are many starting
points. Even if there are a lot of different mechanisms, which will
negatively influence the functionality of our organism, there is
one common connector which is the micro-circulation of the blood
within the human body.
A disturbed micro-circulation means that the cells in our body
will be starved of oxygen and minerals. This can lead to the death
of cells either directly or through the increased production of
free radicals. By the so-called free radicals, we mean mostly unstable
oxygen combinations. To move from an unstable state to stability,
the free radicals have a strong tendency to react with other molecules,
especially proteins and fat molecules. The so-produced reactions
are not capable of functioning and therefore will be considered
as waste in the cell.
One of the diseases which is linked to the production of free radicals
is heart attack / arterial sclerosis. However, it is speculated
that they also play a vital role in the production of bad tumours.
Once the micro-circulation is disturbed, the resulting oxygen starvation
leads to an increased production of free radicals in the cell structures.
In our body, approximately 300 billion free oxygen radicals are
produced per day, against which the protection mechanisms are in
existence.
Exercise With Zhendong
A general lack of sufficient exercise is the most common reason
for our problems, both of a psychological and physical nature. Chronic
tiredness, sleep disturbances, metabolic problems, tensions, shoulder,
head & back pain, excess weight, too many acids, blood circulation
disturbances, prostate & bladder problems, impotence, incontinence,
haemorrhoids, diabetes, cholesterol, osteoporosis and even depression
are closely related to lack of exercise.
The Zhendong Master was developed in Asia as a time saving wellness
device. When you begin to understand the relationship between reflex
and right-hand vibration therapy, you’ll know why this method
is an ideal solution for health conditioning and therapy exercise.
The right-hand centripetal motion, has a strengthening effect.
Therefore, this whole body exercise equipment can be used by people
of all ages and fitness abilities. From supremely fit sportsmen
and women all the way down to the elderly and infirm can benefit
from a regular "dose" of Zhendong.
Dr. Chen recognized very early on that people, through changes
in their eating and lifestyle habits, according to the dictation
of Western culture, lose their natural balance system. The increased
wealth brought, for many, increased luxury. But, on the other hand,
people began to develop so-called wealth-related illnesses. Dr.
Chen explained that the changes in the lifestyle of many people
meant that they began to neglect looking after their health for
the future. His theory was to make reflexology massage open to every
person in their own homes since the television had given out a message
that put people off attending treatment at reflexology studios.
As the Chinese are very enthusiastic about developing technology
and technological equipment, he started off creating an apparatus
which made it possible to have a massage in your own home. A friend
of his introduced the idea of having a rotating plate.
A Qigong teacher, Dr. Chen liked the fact that the rotating vibration
plate gave the user not only proprioceptive stimulation but it also
had an excellent effect on balance and co-ordination. In addition
to this, the right-hand vibration stimulated the blood flow and
improved the circulation. This instantly led to an increase and
strengthening of the “Chi”, which the Chinese believe
to be the energy of life.
The plate initially had a flat surface, but Dr. Chen remembered
the old wooden massage plates, on which wooden knots were fitted
to stimulate the reflex zones. He then fitted knots onto his plate
and he and his patients reported substantial improvement in treatment
response. He then found someone who was willing to produce these
machines and he began to sell the massage apparatus to his patients.
There was an instant increase in demand as people quickly realized
that the use of the machine was good for the whole family.
Nowadays, Dr. Chen has got his own health studios in many cities
where his training apparatus is used. Since 2004 Zhendong has been
made available in certain European territories but has now arrived
here in the UK. |
